Kurt Russell to join Fast & Furious 7.

Actor Kurt Russell is supposedly in negotiations to joint the cast of Fast & Furious 7.

Russell has apparently been offered a role that was initially offered to Denzel Washington, with discussions thought to be advanced between actor and studio. No details have been released about his role in the film.

If Russell is in, he will be seen along Vin Diesel, Dwayne Johnson, Paul Walker and Tyrese Gibson, against Jason Statham’s villain.

Directed by franchise newcomer James Wan and co-starring Tony Jaa, Fast & Furious 7 will open in the UK on 25 July 2014.
